Greenville, SC (April 17, 2012) – Enveritas Group CEO Brice Bay recently returned from a two-week trip to the Middle East Leadership Academy (MELA) at Yas Island Rotana in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This intensive, 11-day experiential program is designed to expand leadership, team building and business abilities, and create personal relationships that accelerate personal and business success.
Every year, approximately 40 young, leaders (age 28-42) are selected from business, NGO, civil society, and education sectors from the Arab Republic of Egypt, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Kingdom of Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanese Republic, Palestine, Republic of Iraq, Republic of Yemen, State of Kuwait, State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Syrian Arab Republic, and United Arab Emirates.
This is the second year Bay has attended MELA as a facilitator. He was responsible for leading a group of seven delegates who came from the Arab Republic of Egypt, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanese Republic, Sultanate of Oman, Syrian Arab Republic, and United Arab Emirates. Bay also presented a session on entrepreneurship and start up companies.
The ultimate goal of MELA is to create the foundation of a network of high potential leaders from business, education, and civil society that expands their leadership capabilities and skills while helping them build strong long-term personal relationships and facilitating face-to-face meetings and professional opportunities.

Completion of the program will provide participants with an expanding network of leaders across the region and the world that overcomes the time and distance barriers, which frequently inhibit successful organizational growth.
